Agent Paranormal Presents “History After Life”

The Oriskany Museum will host a special seasonal presentation by Agent Paranormal entitled “History After Life” on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 7:00 pm.
Members of the paranormal team Agent Paranormal will share their investigations and findings from numerous local historic sites with a haunted reputation, including the Oriskany Battlefield, Fort Stanwix, and Fort Bull. The group believes the best way to learn history is from those that were there!
As Halloween approaches, many museum patrons ask whether local history sites are haunted. Whether you believe in the paranormal or are a skeptic, the oral history stories around historic sites, especially those with a tragic or violent path, inform how the events are remembered and recorded. Agent Paranormal will tell you how they identify such sites and what paranormal investigations look for in those places.
The Oriskany Museum is located at 420 Utica Street in the Village of Oriskany just off State Route 69 between the cities of Utica and Rome. The museum collection focuses on the Battle of Oriskany, the Village of Oriskany, and the USS Oriskany CV-CVA 34.
