On Sunday, December 8, 2024 at 1:00 pm, the Oriskany Museum will host a photo presentation accompanied by stories of holidays at Trinkaus Manor, a local landmark in Oriskany, NY from 1947-1992, that was renowned for its famous Christmas light displays. The program will be presented by Battle of Oriskany Historical Society President Melissa Enos. This event is free and open to the public.
Anyone with stories or photos to share is encouraged to contact the Oriskany Museum. The historical society would like to thank the Trinkaus Family for their continued generosity and assistance with documenting the Manor and its Christmas lights.
The Oriskany Museum is located at 420 Utica Street in the Village of Oriskany just off State Route 69 between the cities of Utica and Rome.
